Sales in Calgary’s resale housing market in May bounced back from historic declines in April, but remain well below the level achieved in May 2019, according to the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB). Last month, home sales reached 1,080 units, almost twice as many as the 573 homes sold in April, which was a 63 per cent decline from April 2019.
